Rennersistas

A family winery, now in its fourth generation, run by sisters Stefanie and Susanne Renner together with their brother Georg – hence its name, "Rennersistas." The vineyards stretch across soils of sand, loam and gravel around Lake Neusiedl, and all are farmed biodynamically, with Demeter certification. In the cellar the method is uniform and consistent: whole clusters (in part or in full), spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, and bottling unfined and unfiltered, with only a minimal, measured addition of sulfur. The winery is a member of the Pannobile association, which unites the leading quality wineries of Gols. The name Waiting for Tom is a tribute to the two Toms Stefanie learned from, Tom Lubbe at Matassa in Roussillon and Tom Shobbrook in Australia.
